Tara,
I came across your blog during an amputee search. My husband, who is 32, became an amputee almost 1 year ago. He was helping at the scene of an accident and was hit by an 18-wheeler. We have two girls that are 6 and 4. It sounds like you both have a very positive outlook on life and each other. I have found that it makes the difference in everything. As the wife of an amputee, I would love to here from you and how you guys are coping daily.
